We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint.

Website privacy policy

This website (optimedimmunology.com) is operated by Optimed Immunology and provides general information about the practice, conditions treated, and treatments offered. Contact form submissions are received by the office team and responded to within one business day during regular hours.

SMS / text messaging terms and privacy

By providing your mobile number on the contact form and opting in to SMS, you agree to receive text messages from Optimed Immunology related to your care, including appointment reminders, confirmations, lab notifications, and care coordination. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving medical care.

SMS opt-in information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing. We do share your phone number with our texting/messaging service provider solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.
